Why do we have to PAY YOU to take our Timeshare? We went to another type of business similar to yours, they pitched us a pay quote. At the end they said that there will be no charge. What's up with that? And what about the time paid for that is left on our account that we hadn't used yet? Our maintenance dues are paid in full, which means we have time left on our vacation share. Are we to hand that over to you also? If so, why would I pay you to take what has been paid for in advance? You are to 'take over the 2011 maintenance fees', not what has already been paid for by us. Tell me what's the deal here?

Hi Gayle,

Which company are you speaking of? If you have a name, I'll be glad to check further into your concerns. You shouldn't have to pay an upfront fee to sell your timeshare.

Thanks!
