Is Primetime Capital Business Services a well known company and is doing business wth companies on line safe?

My Husband and I have been talking to a company called Prime Time Capital Services, a Mortgage service. We have been trying to secure a Loan for a Bed and Breakfast. They want to do our Business plan for us and charge 1,000 up front. They know what some of the Financial institutions are looking for. They seem legitimate and have a high rating with BBB. This company is out of California? Has anyone heard of them or done business with them. Doing business on line makes me nervous. My Husband lost his job 3 1/2 yrs ago which caused us to lose our home. We are trying to find some creative financing and this company thinks they can help.

Primetime Capital Funding has an excellent rating with the BBB with one complaint. If loan services are what you are trying to obtain, make sure you verify the company is properly licensed with the Dept of Real Estate.
