Colin, The company's 14 days have not expired. Our Web Complaint Dept. verified your complaint and sent the company their complaint correspondence on 08/05/10 (official start date). Once your complaint closes, we still have to manually set your complaint to become viewable to the public. This isn't an automated process because there may be sensitive information throughout the complaint correspondences. Can you please send me the URL to the blank page?
