Why has nothing been done about this Scam Corporation. I researched these people before we hired them and all things pointed to a stable company. Wrong. Anything but. I'd sure like to hear from anyone who knows what's going on and if anything leagal is being attached.

Karla,

As you can see, the BBB has received multiple complaints. Alongside filing BBB complaints, consumer's should also be contacting the appropriate State Agencies that can take action against businesses like this.

1. Any company in CA doing loan mods needs to be registered with the Attorney General: http://ag.ca.gov/loanmod/

2. Real Estate Agents performing loan modifications are under regulation by the CA Dept of Real Estate: http://www.dre.ca.gov/cons_adv_fees_alert.html

3. Attorneys involved in loan mods or forensic loan auditing are subject to review by the California State Bar Association: http://www.calbar.ca.gov/Attorneys/LawyerRegulation.aspx
