Is Consumer Protective Agency, Inc. (CPAI) a legitimate business or just another scam in the Timeshare industry?

Anybody done business with Consumer Protective Agency, Inc.(CPAI) out of Royal Palm Beach, FL? Are they an honest, legitimate business? They called offering to get me refunds on the money I paid scam companies to sell my timeshare, which never happened. CPAI service fee is 40% of monies recovered. The terms and conditions in their services agreement state by executing the Services Agreement I authorize them to charge the agreed upon fee to the credit card I provide them. I have not executed the agreement, nor have I given them any credit card info. I fear this is just another timeshare industry scam. Consumer gives them credit card info under impression refunds are on the way, but all that shows up on your credit card is another charge. I checked BBB, which gives the company a C rating, they are NOT BBB accredited and they have no reviews. Also showed they've only been in business since March 2010. Interested in any info available.

Bill, I have done business with this company and they have done exactly what they said they were going to do. It took a mont h or so for me to get the funds back but they did recover my funds. I also didnt have to pay them until the money was back on my credit card. They had my credit card information the entire time and of course I checked every once in a while to see if they would charge it but they never did. They even offered me the option of never giving them the credit card information if I didnt feel comfortable. I have nothing but poitive comments about them.
