Hi,
I am trying use the following company to modify my loan. Has anybody has success, please let me know. I am not behind on my payment, my mortgage is upside down. Its hard for me to refi, and Indy Mac does not help me.

thank you for the information. I do not reside in CA I am VA. I dont know why they want me to pay the full amount even before they modify my loan. I asked them why, and they did not have an answer.
I think I am going to take your suggestion and do it my self.
