This is a very difficult company to contact. Calls are NEVER returned - I've sent faxes, text messages and left numerous voicemails regarding a leak at a vent pipe. They have been out at least 2 times judging by the extra caulking around the vent pipe and once I actually got them live and did get a follow-up call but unfortunately I still have a leak that is getting worse.
