4over is a company that doesn't care. I wish I could show you a chain of emails that went for DAYS on for how this company treats its customers; and the lack of training and care their customer service reps show. You'll waste time and money, and clients - almost guaranteed.
This company would step over a dollar to pick up a quarter any day of the week as have they shown me. They don't care much for lifetime value of their customers, in my opinion, either; and if an order has a mistake, don't try to get a refund or even have them correct their own mistake; they'll blame you, shove a coupon, and throw away your order, forcing you to re-pay and wait again in line.
Please do yourself a favor and try another, more updated, printing company that actually cares about customer value, and strives to build it with you as a partner.
