They are not a reliable company,customer service sucks complete rip-offs, sectional garage door installed in October by February the door is of track, the tracks installed were cheap, already bent the wheel slides out at will. This is all under 4months and they are unwilling to fix the door, they are trying to say its our fault but am hard pressed to believe that. If you are looking for overhead doors please look else where so u don't find yourself in a similar situation. Stay away from A1 doors if u value your money thanks
