Without a doubt the most unprofessional business in existence, received a phone pitch a month ago stating they would send a bunch of products if we purchase some "air tool", I told them all purchases would need to be approved by the owner, low and behold a package is delivered to our business.
I called and spoke to a Jerome several times to get this stuff returned, finally received a phone call, it turned into an argument after the guy insisted we ordered this stuff and if we wanted to return it, then it would be on our dime, I think not. Then we received a letter threatening to report the unpaid invoice to the credit reporting agencies, so I fired off a complaint to the FTC, we will see what happens next.

If your call was made to us "after" 30 days of the delivery date, we would require you to send the material back at your own cost. If not, contact me direct and we can discuss the matter in more detail.
