Never deal with an agent named June Chow. Rude,unprofessional, and incompetent. Overbooked and finally has to be squeezed into a different tour. Then I ask for the refund that she overcharges. it took so long and kept changing her statements. From 2 weeks to tomorrow, and later to three weeks. Finally had to deal with her supervisor before I got my refund.
