I too had my mortage sold to this company. I am just as frustrated as all of you. We are currently facing foreclosure and when I try to work out a repayment plan they want such an hugh amount down within 5 days there is no way I can do it. If I had $4,000 I would not be in foreclosure. I have considererd just sending as much as I can but after reading everyones reviews I realize they will either keep the money and not credit my account or return the checks. Like everyone else I resent the fact that their customer service people are rude and do not speak english. Their collection practices border on unlawful and I have been receiving threatening phone calls from a different number that does not indicate who they are just that they are going to sue me and my place of employment. These people are also asian. I'm not sure they are with this company but it seems too much of a coincidence. We have lived in this home for 16 years and are looking at retirement. We have been financially strapped like everyone else, trying to survive and care for our grandchildren that live with us. I would gladly join in any class action lawsuit against this company for fraudulent practices.
