It is with my great pleasure that I highly recommend AIM and especially Julie Halverson. The company provides great service and low rates with no bait and switch tactics. You will get exactly the prices and fees as quoted on their website which I found on http://Bankrate.com. Julie was completely in control of the loan process from application to funding. Her frequent emails and phone calls kept me abreast of everything at all times. Sure you have to be prepared to fax or send PDF copies of all your loan documents. This is easy if you have a computer, scanner or fax available at home. If you have a basic understanding of the mortgage loan process it is easy to manage. Julie, herself is a rare person, caring, professional, truly a credit to AIM. Not only did Julie handle every aspect of my loan perfectly, during this time my wife was undergoing a mastectomy, having suffered from breast cancer, Julie showed genuine concern, praying for her surgery and to be cancer free. Rarely will you encounter someone as wonderful as Julie!
