This company is the worst!!!! I sent my rear motorcycle rim to them to have it stretched out to a 360mm rim. They claimed it will only take one week to perform this duty, one week to chrome and one week to get it back in Virginia. I sent the wheel off around March 10, 2010 figuring I should have it back no the than the middle of April. So They received the wheel and first they claim they were going to charge me a fee to strip the wheel down to its aluminum form (which they said at first this was free). So time goes on and I'm emailing them and they're telling me the wheel is finished getting widen and its bout to get chromed. By the middle of April, I'm calling them to see why I haven't heard from them yet and they claim the wheel was in process but they didn't know where it was in the process. I'm telling them that I was told the wheel was finished being made and should be finished being chromed. So they really didn't have an answer to where my wheel was. So for 3 weeks straight I was calling them every 2 days to see where my wheel was and they never had answer, they were just passing me along to different employees. I asked for a manager but he was never there or was on lunch, I left 4 messages for the manager to call me and he never returned my calls. Finally, today on May 16 I called and was told that my wheel was cut?damaged and was not usable! By now, I'm like "What the F--K!' I've waited this long for what they knew the whole time. I asked was they going to replace my wheel and they don't want to replace it or buy me another one. They did offer to sell me a $3400 new set of wheels though, how ironic?!? So I have a motorcycle with no wheel that I might have to go buy myself.
