I ordered a net book from them. When I got it, it was password protected! It looked like my net book used to belong to a fellow named Eric. I hope he isn't missing it. They hadn't thought to supply a password either, which all seemed rather strange to me. Fishy even. Of course customer support is only available during business days, so as I received my net book on a Saturday, I won't actually be able to use it until Monday when (if) someone contacts me to resolve this issue.
