Extremely rude and unprofessional employee

The jr. partner here has the worst attitudes. She didn’t confirm the information she’s given and wrongfully accuse the homeowner for a completely unrelated incident. She refuses to apologize for her behavior and hides behind her company. I used to enjoy working with this company but she has really turned my opinion around. This is a company that doesn’t respect its clients and is extremely unprofessional.
