I had the worst shopping experience with Big Man's Land (www.bigmansland.com). I've placed my order on 30 December 2009, and my credit card was fully deducted. However, until now neither I received my purchased items, nor I was refunded. The company would never reply to your query, their phone number is answered by answering machine and no one will pick up the phone, if you left a phone message they will never answer you back.
The only reply I got from them that my order is cancelled due to credit card security, but they never mentioned anything about refunding back my money.
My advice to you, never think about buying from this company. They will take your money and never return it back to you.
