I will never go to Big O Tires, even if I was in dire need. The way myself and my friend were treated today was horrifying! The person at the desk (John) was verbally/physically abusive with both of us. He couldn't beat a quote at Discount Tires, so he became abusive with both myself and my friend. He didn't want to give me a refund. He saied they would beat the price or give me a refund and when he couldn't beat the price, he became extremely irate. The entire experience was horrible! He behaved in such an aggressive manner, he scared me, my friend and another custome in the store. I have never in my life been treated so badly. I fear for others that go into the store and want a refund. A word of advise, take a witness!
