My name is Roger Schmidt, and I am a Customer Service Rep here at Big State Industrial Supply. I appreciate you taking the time to voice your opinion online, however, without knowing anything about the nature of these calls you are receiving, I have no idea what I can do to help you. Are these sales calls you are receiving? If so, Big State Industrial Supply is a local distribution warehouse serving commercial accounts here in the Southern California area and makes no such sales calls, nor do we employ a sales department. If you are a previous customer of ours, then your order was submitted to us by an outside source, and independent marketing company. Is this who is calling you? If so, I can contact them on your behalf and request that all sales calls cease and desist. We would only be contacting you to verify the information on an order submitted to us is accurate before shipping, or our bookkeeping dept would be calling you if your open invoice is past due. If you are having problems paying your open invoice, we have options available to help you do so. However, based on your complaint, I have no clue what you would like for me to do for you. Please note that my job is not only for me to listen to your concerns, but to help us find resolutions to them as well. In order for me to do my job and best serve you, I would need you to contact me so I may get the pertinent information I would need to do so. I look forward to your call.
