Its funny that this business is a B when all other companies owned by Micheal Wayman are an F. Ive been paying $199 a month for almost 2 years plus $595. I was told by Don Brokaw that I could sign up for a $3000 modification through his company, Certified Financial Protection Group, then told me about a "non profit" that was just as good. I went with the latter and it WAS NOT good. I have been denied 6 times and I have had over 10 mitigators. They changed their name from Financial Hope for America to US Financial Advantage. Now they are having all their clients sign up for a "mass joinder". They have the nerve to tell me I have to pay $5000 to sign up for a lawsuit against my lender and that is the only way I can save my home! Why would I trust them? Ive been in their Temecula office, then had to drive to Ontario to drop off my information, then they moved 2 months later to Murrieta. The first sales person that tried to get me to join the lawsuit told me that it was through Kramer and Kaslow who has one bad article after another online. Now they are Brookshire Holloway with a different attorney name. Why would a company have to change their name so many times unless they were doing something shady? Its a real good thing they have so many attorneys in their back pocket. One of these days they are gonna screw over the wrong person.
Good Job BBB - your supposed to protect consumers from scammers! You gave all the other businesses associated with Michael Wayman and F and warned people against them.......now your endorsing him??? He must have paid his BBB membership dues!
