WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD. IT WAS FROM THE OWNER OF CADILLACS ONLY. The owner is very rude misleading and lacks and customer service skills or ehtics. My experience with this company was to horriable ill never shop there again nor will I recommend this company to anyone. Long story short. It took them 7days to make right what they did wrong it was all done in a manor of rudness disrespect and stupity. The OWNER needs to realize THE CUSTOMER is what makes the company.
