I had a bad experience with California Closets and will never do business with them again. On the plus side, the upfront process of getting measurements and making selections is easy--no issue there. And the installation starts fine, but as soon as there is any issue forget about resolution.
The installers they have seem to be lazy. If a measurement was not done correctly, the installers could care less. They will try to make you accept whatever they do. Getting any support from the office is just as bad. They all have attitude about their mistakes and try to find any way around not correcting the problem.
If you have a big job, there will always be some issues. It comes down to how the company will address the issues that come up during the job. In this case, California Closets flunks the test.
