Sent him parts to re-chrome. After 3 months of excuses I finally gave up. Funny thing is he would answer his phone and listen to me rant and rave at him with absolutely no emotion. Don't waste your time or money. You'll never get what you purchase from him. He even steals your parts and probably re-sells them!
