We are out $35000 as of 11/09. No promise to resolve or make good on our contract or to provide refund. They are still advertising on the local radio. We were told cabinets had been ordered, we were waiting on the manufacturer, that there was a fire at the cabinet plant and that was delaying our project. Face to face deception occurred in their office. No cabinets were ordered and the last communication indicated that the company is likely to dissolve. Explain the B+ rating.
