Would not replace bad drive with better component even when I offered to pay shipping...
|
Sent me a system that failed after 1.5 months. I called and offered to get a pay for a better component and pay for shipping and they wanted to send me a replacement part from same manufacturer that had a history of bad components. I refused and wondered why they wanted to continue to ship systems with known potential reliability issues. So will buy my own replacement drive locally rather than deal with them ever again. They supposedly did a burn-in test but from what I experienced I was burned. I thought I was more than fair and was still within the warentee period. Very surprised they would not bend on better component purchase and me paying shipping costs.
