I have used their products for the past couple of years, they had some kinks but they have progressively improved in all aspects.
I used to love their customer service until recently it became impossible to reach them.
I got so infuriated by the hours I spent on hold, and the useless automatic service that I complained to the BBB and to Data Robotics headquarters.
I am pleased to say that I have since been able to reach customer service within an acceptable time frame, their service was terrific, my tech rep Curtis was all you could hope for and someone from headquarters got back to me the same day trying to figure out how they could improve their service.
I am very pleased by how they handled themselves and am confident that with such demeanor the service will keep improving.
