I am in the same boat as many others when it comes to this company They were confusing over the telephone and said to stop paying my bill's to my credit card Co.'s,
and after a small drop in credit they would negotiate for me after the cards went into receivership after the fifth month.The fifth month came and $816.00 went did nothing for me.
Don't do what I did . You will not hear from them after a while and when you call you will be put on hold for so long sometimes twenty minutes before being disconnected.
When you stop the payments then they call and try to con you back into the fray.
I should have read the reviews here before I signed up.
I have made a complaint and they stated the legal statements I agreed to . But they failed me .They did not do anything they said they would do so I stopped paying them and fired them won't be fooled again!!!!!!
