The product I got from this company was really bad. Call in to the company is a nightmare. I got my mom an Engravable Pendant. You couldn’t even see the picture unless you turned it just right in the light. Wearing the pendant it looks blank. I called many times asking for the information to return the product I keep being told it was sent to me and I never got it. It was take many calls to the company before getting a person one the phone. Finely I got the information I need to return the product and was told I would be given my money back. I returned the product and then got a call telling me that they will not give me my money back I ruined the product by wearing in water. How I did this? I’m unsure. They say there product it Sterling Silver. They say the will only redo the product. I don’t want them to redo it I told them. I want my money back. I will never buy anything from this company again.
