Phone Unanswered, Waited 5 hrs for response... Still waiting.

Front bridge collapsed and literally fell out of mouth. Called at about 7:30pm, left a clear, simple, polite message and number. Waited a couple of hours, went to hospital, then went home. 5 hrs later, still haven't received any response at all.
So, how can one commend the services of Emergency Dentist of Brooklyn Corporation, if those services don't even exist? Two thumbs down, regrettably.
