Eveium was incredibly rude when I told them I had never received my order. I wrote a simple, to the point, email that stated I didnt receive the charms. Because he didnt like my "tone", he wanted me to rewrite the email and ask again in a nicer way. I said that as a customer I do not have to do this, he knows ethically what he should do and I was leaving it at that. He continued to harrass me by saying how much money he made from selling the charms and made fun that I am a poor nurse.. He said women can "never be wrong" and was an overall asshole the entire time, including talking dirty in emails. I would suggest NOT doing business with this company =, unless you like receiving harrasing emails.
