I purchased a charm and the one I received was damaged. I requested a replacement and was told I should return the damaged item. I was promised my postage would be reimbursed. It never was. I purchased another charm. I paid for it and never received it. I did receive harassment from this company for several months. I received a refund from my credit card company but the harassment from this company continued. They managed to tell enough lies to get my Ebay account suspended. After I paid for the item, waited three weeks for them to ship it (they falsely told Ebay and PayPal it had been shipped and even produced a fake mailing receipt), I got a refund. Then they reported me to Ebay for non-payment. They lied and said I never paid for the item and never intended to pay for it. The truth is, I paid for the item but they never shipped it. This company should be shut down permanently. Their feedback on Ebay is terrible. They retaliate against anyone who has a problem with them. I would avoid doing business with this company as they are very rude and hostile.
