the company did not disclose all the information needed to get started. they need to explain some of the processes that will happen. like you have to pay 2/3 of the balance then they file in the courts. That could take up to 9 months or more then a mom or dad would have wait to see their child if the opposing parent wont let the parent see the child. that needs to be told in the beginning, I would have not chosen this company. people need help now to see their child not many months. I do understand each case is different but they need to give more information before they take that initial 100.00.
