I just wanted to WARN everyone about this "Company" First Choice Debt Resolution Co---it should be everyone's LAST Choice! I have been enrolled with them for the past 17 months for 2 Creditors---Bank of America and Discover Card---this company has done nothing for me ---I was brought into court this week battling Bank of America on my own...First Choice Debt Resolution has over $5200.00 of MY MONEY and will not refund it--sad thing about it is Discover summoned me too for March 2011---This company knows it too--and will not refund my money at all....rightfully knowing that these are the only two companies I orginally signed up with them to help me out with. They should be shut down immediately....they even moved and did not forward a new address. I am very upset ---I could have been giving my hard earned money to my Creditors all this time---I am a parent of 2 teenagers-self-employed--and struggling---THIS COMPANY NEEDS A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM---ASAP--and it is sickening that they are getting away with this day after day!!!!!
