Customer service from this company has been consistently poor, to the point that I question the integrity and honesty of several key employees.
They are not honoring our signed contract, and recently tried to get me to pay for work that was explicitly included in the original cost of the job.
As a result, I have filed a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau. I am optimistic that the problem will get resolved, but there have been way too many hassles along the way.
