These individuals sell junk PC's and do NOT validate warranties -I purchased one and the Hard drive went BAD in 3 months -took it back to Best Buys who informed me I had to mail the thing to Texas -so I did -a month later-not a week-it comes back still messed up-So my sister bought me one on sale -this one lasted 4 months and then off to Texas she went . I was told the machine would be completely repaired -spent $30 on shipping and the Machine came back in a week-NOTHING had been changed -the accompanying letter stated ''Power issue not noted . Stress .Coretemp,memory ,harddrive ,reboot tests good.Boots normally .''
Now ,if there was nothing wrong with the machine , why did the Tech support crew have me run about 10 home tests and then have me PAY to ship the Machine 2,000 miles away ? These scum also said I would lose ALL my personal stuff-everything was on there !! These clowns did not touch my computer or found a way to power it up once then send it back to me although it still crashes and dirt can give it a run for it's money -that is how slow it is .
I hate these people .
