We brought in global resources to help us define and implement new processes, systems and reporting tools necessary to expanding our service area. We have attempted to increase our services area a few times in the past and to put it mildly it was a disaster. I knew we needed outside help to make sure we did not make the same mistakes as before. It has been over six weeks since we first brought in Global Resources and more specifically Lisa. I still can not believe how much ground we have covered over that timespan. With Lisa's help we over hauled almost all operations from top to bottom.
