Thomas was able to help us navigate a tough time after our father passed away. He started our business over 40 years ago and we felt lost with how we could be able to carry on his legacy. We never had any type of succession plan made because it was an unexpected event. Even so Thomas was able to come in and help us figure out our next steps. Our goal is to keep the business family owned and operated and after almost 6 weeks of working with Thomas I finally feel like it is possible. I can one hundred percent say that without his help we would have probably already sold the company.
