Product quality has deteriorated
|
I have been a Hair Club customer for nearly 10 years. I lost most of my hair due to illness and went to HC to look better. The hair is indeed expensive, but the quality was very good until recently. A few months ago the hair I received was dry, brittle and so much fell out that half of it ended up on the floor,or in the hair brush. I followed all of HC's instructions on caring or it. Used only their products, but no matter what I did each head of hair reacted the same way with breakage and extreme shedding. I finally got sick of making the equivalent of a mortgage payment every month for hair that was of such horrible quality and which was so obviously defectively attached to the matrix that I complained several times to my stylist, to no avail. The district manager supposedly investigated and said there was no problem in manufacturing or quality. So, since I have a yearly contract, I decided to do some research, and found a better company, with better hair, and cheaper prices. So I will not be renewing my contract with hair club when it is up. What a shame HC has allowed the quality of its product to deteriorate to such a degree that it is loosing a a client of ten years who has paid them tens of thousands of dollars.
