Harris Properties does not adhere to the terms of their Property Management Agreement. Steve Chamberlain is non-responsive, a bully, conceited, self-serving jerk. Never returns emails, calls, follow-through on issues, etc. He's too worried about being sued, hence, he doesn't do anything. He can screw up a one-man funeral. When Steve does open his mouth, he conducts himself like a banty rooster.
Our property looks like a public housing project due to basic deferred maintenance. Takes them forever to do anything...we have to call the City of Los Angeles and report violations in order to get anything done.
Harris' accounting department just as bad.
This firm is certifiably incompetent.
