HP customer service is the worst. Do not buy HP, even if it is the cheapest out there.
You call 800-474-6836 you get an automated voice asking you if you like to buy get tech or repair. It takes forever to get someone /agent on the line.
Then you can’t understand them. You ask for a supervisor they tell you there aren’t any.
I got a call from someone I could not understand told her I have to call back after work. I never got this person, she is never there @ my time. My computer is under warranty, just bought It on black Friday.
They wanted $350.00 for a new mother board; I paid that much when I bought it.
I called back several times to talk to the technician, but can’t get them. Been told they took a picture of my computer but I cannot get them. Wanted to talk to a supervisor was on hold for 45 min no one come on, but listened to their commercials.
Now they send the computer back Fed EX . Since I work they left me a tag. I have to go 45 miles to another town to get to the Fed Ex office they are using. We have a Fed Ex about 10 miles in my town. Oh and from the get go Fed Ex send the empty box to a wrong address. So between Fed EX and HP I said the are both worthless.
I will tell anyone to stay away from HO and Lenovo (IBM) I had a Laptop Toshiba and gave it to my daughter it still works great never a problem, and I only paid $250.00
