I PURCHASED A COMPUTER FROM HP AND IT IS SLOW TO START UP, IF IT STARTS AT ALL, AUTOMACTICALLY SHUTS DOWN WHEN ITS ON. ALTHOUGH HP PERSONELL IDENTIFIED THAT IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE HARDHARE, ON THEIR END, THEY REFUSE TO COMPENSATE ME. I HAVE HAD THIS COMPUTER FOR LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AND STARTED HAVING TROUBLE WITH IT TWO WEEKS AFTER PURCAHSING IT.
I HAVE REPORTED HP TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAR TWICE AND THEY REFUSE TO LISTEN, COMPENSATE OR ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WITH ANY EXCUTIVES ABOUT THIS MATTER. I WAS TOLD ITS DOESN'T MATTER IF MY PRODUCT BROKE DOWN IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS (I HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT 2 WEEK AFTER PURCHASE), OR I SENT IT TO GET REPAIRED TEN TIMES, BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTE. I CAUTION ANYONE NOT TO DO BUSINESS OR BUY ANY OF HEWLETT PACKARD PRODUCTS. EVERY PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM THEM HAS PROBLEMS. BE VERY CAUTIONS OF THIS COMPANY, I WAS LEFT FEELING LIKE I WAS TOKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND MISTREATED. THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS,AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER.
