purchased a new pc in october 2009. also purchased an extended warranty thru october 2011. pc went bad; three new mother boards; two fans replaced. onsite tech and even to factory. finally, hp replaced pc with a "newer; better model". it arrived in damaged box via fed ex. notified case manager that it had arrived damaged. he said to set up as had lots of padding in box for protection. yeah, i told him; except for sides where box bashed in. so set up and had two (2) blue screens in two weeks and programs would not run right. notified case manager again. he had been slow to respond to emails before and nothing now. finally called tech support; tech advised that case had been sent to another case manager on 3 october 2011. this was two weeks ago and nothing from him. tech on phone said could not help me as case elevated. said i would hear from new case manager within 48 hours. nothing in that time frame so filed bbb complaint. very disappointed in customer service from tech support.
