Great Experience Home Loan Enterprise (Jimmy Trinh)

Thanks once again Home Loan Enterprise for your great customer service and especially to Jimmy Trinh (Senior Mortgage Advisor) for being instrumental in closing another loan for me. This was the third transaction I have had with HLE and with Jimmy being
the person handling the loan paperwork. I first contacted Jimmy in January 2012 and spoke with him with regard to a possible refinance. I explained to Jimmy that I had a 6.20% interest rate and he was able to provide me with a much lower rate, which ultimately
saved me several hundred dollars a month. This refinance went extremely smooth and the Good Faith Estimate Jimmy provided was within dollars of my final loan document figures. I was impressed with Jimmy’s knowledge and professionalism throughout this transaction.
Jimmy explained that if rates went lower, I could refinance with HLE at a minimal cost, if any. As most of you know, interest rates continued to drop and in October of 2012, I contacted Jimmy again. He went forward with another refinance and like the first
one, Jimmy was right on target with the Good Faith Estimate and their overall fees associated with this refinance were very low. He was able to lock in the interest rate and close the loan within 3-weeks, which to me was remarkable. I heard so many horror
