Spare yourself, and never buy from inmint.com

Ok, so I let me start out by saying that I am normally not a person who rants, and even less so a person who writes reviews. In this case, I felt it was natural, that's how bad this whole thing was. I wanted to write something nice about them, seeing as my first experience was decent (although I was displeased with the fact it took them two weeks to even SEND my package, after multiple emails, and although many things APPEAR to be in stock, once you try to add them to your cart, it proves unsuccessful), but now I am downright fed up. I thought "hey, they DID eventually send my package, and they DID send a lot of packages to people I knew, I'm going to give it a shot again, since they have SUCH good prices." Boy, was I wrong to do that. So I placed another order on March 19th. After not hearing anything about my order, and my payment not even getting "authorized" (which I guess they have to do first on their end) I wrote them politely to ask what was up, and informed them that one of the purchases was in fact a GIFT with a deadline to be given (I did buy it a while in advance, as I was worried they might take two weeks again..) No answer. Soooo I tried again. Aaaaaand again. Then I got fed up quite frankly about half a week ago, and tried calling their customer service number, which was quite hidden on their website. Guess what? IT WAS A DISCONNECTED NUMBER! This really boiled my blood. NO answer via email (Even though on their website they write "We LOVE to hear from you" - Lies. All lies) and now not even the CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER WORKS? Not only is that unprofessional, it's extremely unnerving! Where is the professionalism in these people? I also contacted paypal, to hear if they could get the fire going under them, and they informed me that they couldn't do anything. The authorization period WILL expire on April 9th, so then I'll get my money back, but honestly? I could've used that money just sitting in limboland a LOT better, than letting some people who shouldn't even call themselves a business, just harbor it for a month. So now I see that a friend ordered some of the EXACT same items as I did, and GOT his package, which I am fairly certain was purchased after I ordered mine. This ENRAGES me. Although I am happy for my friend, I have no idea why they "chose" to send out his package and not mine? Three weeks later, and close to a month without EVEN authorizing payment, I am just angry, I feel neglected as a buyer, and I can ASSURE you, I will NEVER buy from them again (it's not even possible apparently), and NEVER suggest the site to a friend.
