I signed up for what was supposedly a free 7 day trial, where it said no charges would be made to my account if I canceled before the 7 days was up. Well, I canceled 30 minutes after I even started the trial. There was a box that said "Would you like to view your own personal background report for $39.99. I clicked no and submit. After that.. lo and behold.. my personal report pops up, and $39.99 was deducted from my account.
The man I spoke to said in order to get a 7 day free trial you have to purchase something.. what kind of BS is that? Then it's not really a free trial then is it? They are very deceptive in their marketing.
When I spoke to the man on the phone he said, "I'm not arguing with you. I will go ahead and refund your money and it should be on your card in a couple of days."
Rude people. This business is a scam.
