Our experience with ISI has been very educational. They helped us implement a lot of the new processes we developed together. This will allow us to run our business rather than the business running us. We participated in discussions that resulted in sometimes tough decisions with regards to labor and staffing, viewing the company's strengths and weaknesses to help target areas to excel, and also to examine areas of concern. We totally revamped our reporting processes and now I am able to track our growth and loss and now evaluate where I can grow our business. The personalized guidance they provided has been invaluable.
