I recently ordered a comforter and curtain set from this company and was very satisfied with my purchase. I also ordered drapes for my living rm, unfortunately they were not the right style and or color. I did not experience any problem with obtaining a rma to return them. I'm just waiting for my refund.

My problem with the company is that I believe that who ever processed my order took my credit card information and used it to fraudulently charge prepaid calling time to my account on 4 different days for $50 each. I was able to get my money back and have closed that credit card number closed and issued a new card. But how can a company let that happen??? Those particular employees should be bonded and therefore a strict background check done to eliminate this type of fraud from occurring to its customers.

This is the only company I have charged anything online with in the past 6mths and they are in CA which is where the prepaid companies that the charged accts to are located. I'm in SC way across country. And they are the only place that I have charged anything to in the past 6mths that had my billing information. Because I was face to face all other places I charged they did not require billing information. Process of elimination. You best believe I will not be utilizing them any more!!!
