Dr. Rose was sweet and caring before Mike arrived. Once he was there the first thing he was demanded to do is to write a check for $8000.00 This is a alcohol rehab. center. Once he was there he found nothing like she was selling. There was no counseling. No Detox. The caring Dr. Rose turned into an unavailable person. There was no staff. No one at the center talked to him the first day. The in-house store was $100% mark up when it was opened. There were no patients. perhaps three. When asked to get some attention she was always on the phone and just snapped her fingers at Mike. He wanted to get the service he paid for and she could not deliver because there was no staff. She was to busy on the phone to give him any time. He left after one week because he needed to get help. She said she would give him the money back but once he was gone she said she would keep the $8000.00 This is the only money we have for Mike's treatment which he need and could not receive at her center.
We need this money back for Mike's treatment.
