This apartment is by far the worst apartment in the area. The leasing office staff are very nice up until you sign the lease and everything changes immediately after you move in. The property is only nice and taken care of from the entrance through the office and into the building where the model unit is located for showing purposes only. All the gates around the community are broken. There are many homeless people roaming the property at all times and sleeping in the lobbies at night. All the hallways have foul smell. Roaches around the property, inside the apartment units as well as the laundry rooms. Washing machines and dryers constantly broken. NO central AC as advertised. When you contact the maintenance they respond 3 to 5 days later even in cases of emergency. They don't give tenant a choice of cable company or internet services and force on you a company called Smart Systems which if looked up on google has a horrible rating as they are a horrible company. This company charges you $25/quarter on top of your usual bill for coming out when there is an issue with your system and when you actually need them to come out they don't come until days later and they charge you more fees to fix the problems. There is dog poop all over the community. The gym equipment is always broken. The office staff are never helpful and the manager and assistant manager are never available and when they are they don't care about helping you and if you complain they threaten to call the POLICE on you. Overall this place is horrible and I would never ever recommend it to anyone. Don't ignore the reviews. I did and I regretted every day I lived in this hell hole.
