I concur with M.B., they gave me the same spiel. You fit the profile very well, only 2 months behind. Mr Sampson told us that "I am not telling you to stop paying your mortgage-but you need to feed your family!" right!
Told us we could see a 2.9-3.9% mortgage rate V's. 5.5% huge monthly savings right! WRONG!!!.
We are now $15,000+ behind, great service. They lady we were working with Rose is no longer there, not sure why we got no answers when asked. But in the beginning she was Wells Fargo fighter. She was person to have.. Gone now?
So know we have another service writer person, that loves to yell on the phone at you. I have a voice recorder on my phone and will be posting the degrading remarks on youtube this weekend even after I told her she was being recorded. It's just unethical!!
